This beachside caravan is ideal for families and couples only, the park is unsuitable for singles groups (it is a quiet mainly residential park, not a party venue), up to 2 Dogs are welcome (workers sharing are accepted). The 3 bedrooms makes it ideal for families with older children that need separate rooms.

If you book as 2, I will assume you are a couple unless you ask for 2 beds to be made up.

Towels, Bedding, Hand soap supplied, kitchenware including, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses, toaster, kettle, microwave, a gas oven/hob. Fridge/freezer, dining table & chairs, TV. First night basics like toilet roll, kitchen roll and complimentarty tea, coffee and sugar sachets.

Sleeping arrangements

1 Double bed, 1 Adult single in its own room, 2 childrens beds in a twin room (Slim width), 1 Jay-be folding bed for use in the lounge area.

Interior layout

Lounge area with fitted display gas fire (as with all gas fires do not use for long periods of time to avoid a build up of fumes), with TV over, 2 small sofas with outlook towards the beach access gate. Dining area with extendable table, leading to kitchen area with free-standing fridge/freezer, gas oven/hob, microwave, kettle & toaster standard size sink. Door to inner hall separate WC & Shower rooms, Single room with an adult sized single bed, Double bedroom with wardrobe, Twin single bedroom, slim child sized beds.

Apart from the lounge gas fire there is a portable convector heater in the lounge and some portable oil radiators in the bedrooms (Due to limited power available turn 1 or 2 off whilst using a kitchen appliance to save tripping the fuses), there are also blankets provided for colder nights this caravan is double glazed.

Exterior

Enter via the decking area with outside chairs and side table, parking for 2 cars on the shingle next to the caravan.

Note: The park has speed humps, if you arrive in a camper van the park management may request to keep it parked near reception.

On arrival, please DO NOT block the main or inner gate, please park to one side whilst waiting for me to let you in, this allows other residents to access the gates, if they beep at you for access do not argue with them.

Note: This caravan is double glazed, it has an display gas fire in the lounge, some panel electric heaters in other rooms, also some portable electric oil radiators. Rugs will be provided in the winter.

There are no facilities at the park, however there is a convenience store 5 mins walk, The Marina bar is 15 mins away, The Coffee cup or Eastney tavern are about 30 minutes away all are dog & child friendly. Bus no 25 stops nearby and will take you to many of Southseas attractions.

At the far end of Southsea beach (Eastney district).

The beach at this end is open to dogs all year round as far west as the Marine Statue (The yomper) near the prom.
There are no current facilities on the caravan park, however there is a local convenience store, dog/child friendly cafes & bars nearby, the no 25 bus picks up nearby and has stops at many of Southseas attractions all the way to the Hard (Harbour).
