This is a compact leased caravan (spring season only) available when not in use by the owners,
it is suitable for couples or a single person.
Walk through a fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker or microwave, leading on to the lounge dining area with a feature gas fire, one easy chair and a sofa. From the hall there is a WC/shower room and a double bedroom with a dressing table area.
The caravan is heated by electric panels and hot water is supplied by an immersion heater.
The kitchen has a under counter fridge with a integral freezer box.
For your stay the caravan is supplied with: Towels, Bedding, Hand soap, Kitchenware including: cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses, toaster, kettle, microwave, fitted gas cooker/hob, fridge with freezer box, dining table & chairs, TV, WI-FI. First night basics like toilet roll, kitchen roll and complimentary tea, coffee and sugar sachets.

The caravan comes with a wrap around decking area that is fenced and gated, it has a south facing aspect. A parking bay to the side, (Note: the site has speed humps).
NOTE: The leisure park does not currently have any onsite facilities.
