Towels, Bedding, Hand soap supplied, kitchenware including, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses, toaster, kettle, microwave, counter top oven are supplied. Fridge/freezer, dining table & chairs, A TV which plays DVD's and one that has Netfllix (you will need your own login). WI-FI. First night basics like toilet roll, kitchen roll and complimentarty tea, coffee and sugar sachets.
Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
This caravan is open plan with curtain screening for the double bed, and folding screened panels for the single beds.

A small fenced and gated decking area and an unfenced garden area with garden seating, table and parasol available.
(note: the site has speed humps)
NOTE the heating is by oil filled mobile radiators, cooking is by a two ring gas hob, the oven is a counter top model and a microwave. The fridge/freezer is an under the counter model.
During the winter I have provided a portable gas fire (for minimal use and please air the caravan out frequently).
Three steps to the decking with a handrail, the rest of the caravan is on one level.

1. Bring your dog for a 10% discount available all year.
2. Bring your VW for a 15% discount for attending the Beach Dubbin show, Code Vdub (book the weekend 5th, 6th & 7th of August).
3. Public service: variable discounts over the year, codes will be found under your Defence, Bluelight, NHS, CSSC, Public services offer sites.
